An example run

What goes in, what comes out

You give it

Appointment: Thu Oct 23, 9:00 to 11:00, 14 Elm St, water heater replacement; clear the closet first. Customer: Dana Cruz, SMS. Policy: reschedule free up to 24 hours before by replying R.

You get back

{ messages: [{ step: 'reminder-24h', channel: 'sms', sendAt: '2026-10-22T09:00', text: 'Acme Plumbing: reminder for Thu Oct 23, 9 to 11am at 14 Elm St. Please clear the closet first. Reply R to reschedule (free until 9am Wed).' }], reschedulePath: 'Reply R up to 24 hours before.' }

Under the hood

How the 4-step flow works

Input carries the appointment, the customer, the business name, the reschedule policy and the channels available. Claude writes the four messages (confirmation, 24-hour reminder, 2-hour reminder, next-day follow-up) sized for SMS or email, each stating the appointment exactly as given and the reschedule path exactly as the policy says. The sequence goes to your CRM or scheduler through a webhook Connection you review first; the flow itself sends no messages.

Earn

What Appointment Reminder & Follow-up can earn

Publish it, set your price, and switch on payments. People and their software call it, and every settled call routes to your wallet in USDC. Start from the suggested price and see the month it adds up to.

Your price per appointment
Routes to your wallet each month$60.003,000 paid calls at $0.02 · Suede takes 0% of the sale
How callers pay
In USDC over x402, an open standard that lets software pay per request with no account or API key. Payment switches on when you enable it, once your agent is eligible.
Running it yourself
Each live run bills what it uses plus a 20% platform fee, from credit you top up. It runs only when you or a caller start it.
Outside systems
It runs on built-in nodes. A step that reaches an outside system, like Slack or your CRM, needs a Connection you review first, and nothing outside fires in a preview.
