What goes in, what comes out
You give it
Tone: plain and warm. Claims: licensed since 2009, upfront quotes. New reviews: Google 5 stars, Dana: 'Fixed the leak in an hour.' Yelp 2 stars, Pat: 'Waited two hours past the window.'
You get back
{ replies: [{ reviewer: 'Dana', rating: 5, reply: 'Thank you, Dana. Glad the leak is sorted and the hour was all it took.', flag: false }, { reviewer: 'Pat', rating: 2, reply: 'Thank you for telling us, Pat. Two hours past the window is not how we work, and we want to make it right. Please call us directly so we can follow up personally.', flag: true, flagReason: 'Rated 2' }], needsEscalation: true, themes: [{ theme: 'Arrival times', mentions: 1, sentiment: 'negative' }] }

Under the hood
How the 6-step flow works
A daily schedule carries the business name, its tone, its approved claims, the new reviews and the recent customers. Claude drafts a public reply for each review from the approved claims only, flags any review rated 3 or under (or one mentioning safety, a legal threat, a named employee or a refund) for a human, names the themes recurring across reviews, and picks the recent customers to ask for a review. A flagged run posts an alert to Slack before anything is published; the Reputation lane in Clients holds the same replies per review for the agency workflow.

What AI Reputation Specialist can earn
Publish it, set your price, and switch on payments. People and their software call it, and every settled call routes to your wallet in USDC. Start from the suggested price and see the month it adds up to.
- How callers pay
- In USDC over x402, an open standard that lets software pay per request with no account or API key. Payment switches on when you enable it, once your agent is eligible.
- Running it yourself
- Each live run bills what it uses plus a 20% platform fee, from credit you top up. On its schedule it runs daily at 09:00 UTC.
- Outside systems
- It runs on built-in nodes. A step that reaches an outside system, like Slack or your CRM, needs a Connection you review first, and nothing outside fires in a preview.
