Healthcare mode

Every claim mapped to its source. Sign-off locked to the exact version you publish.

Suede AI Agent Studio checks every provider on a practice's page against the public NPI Registry and every cited study in PubMed. Retracted and corrected studies are flagged before anything ships, and your named clinician or editor signs off on the exact evidence behind the page.

Your reviewer checks the exceptions, not every citation.

Create your account, add the practice as a client and open its Healthcare lane. It runs on public practice information: the practice's pages, the NPI Registry and PubMed.

Who it is for

Built for the people who market practices.

Fractional healthcare CMOs and agencies serving practices run Healthcare mode per client, with the practice's own clinician or editor as the named reviewer.

Fractional healthcare CMOs

One marketing lead across several practices.

Run each practice as its own client with its own providers, sources and reviewer. Hand the clinical lead a short queue of decisions and keep the signed evidence pack for every page that goes live.

Agencies serving practices

Clinics, dental groups, specialists and med spas on your roster.

Ship provider bios, service pages and articles with every NPI matched and every PMID checked. The Healthcare lane sits beside the audit, Brand Hub and reports you already run for each client.

The clinician or editor who signs

The named reviewer on every page.

Reads the claims that need a decision, with the reason each one surfaced and the action that clears it. Everything that passed is listed in the evidence pack, so the sign-off covers the whole page.

What your reviewer gets back

The evidence behind every page, in one place.

NPI Registry identity for every provider, PubMed status for every PMID, and a short queue of the decisions that are left.

  • A claim-to-source map

Every sentence that cites a source or states a figure, with the [S1], [S2] source behind it, that source's PubMed status, and whether each figure appears in the cited excerpt.

  • Provider identity, matched to the NPI Registry

Name, credential, specialty taxonomy, active status, and individual or organisation, compared with what the page says. The NPI check digit is validated before the lookup.

  • PubMed status for every PMID

Retractions, partial retractions, expressions of concern, published corrections and updated versions, plus PMIDs that are themselves notices, with the notice's own PMID when PubMed links one.

  • One exception queue

Only what needs a decision, blocking items first. Fix it, re-check it, or keep it with a written reason that goes into the evidence pack.

  • A sign-off bound to the evidence

Approval is tied to a sha256 fingerprint of the provider records, the source checks and the accepted exceptions. The version your reviewer signed is the version you publish.

  • An export with its evidence pack

Markdown with Sources and Evidence sections, ready for the CMS or the client. Export runs only while the evidence matches the sign-off and every check is under seven days old.

How it works

Six steps from draft to signed page.

Providers by NPI, evidence by PMID, the claim map, the exception queue, the sign-off and the export, all in the practice's Healthcare lane.

  1. Providers by NPI

Add each provider with their 10-digit NPI and what the page says about them: name, credential, specialty and bio claims. Healthcare mode reads the public NPI Registry record and lines it up with the page.

  2. Evidence by PMID

Add each source by PMID or PubMed link with the passage the page relies on. PubMed's public record returns the title, journal, year, study design and every linked retraction, concern, correction or update.

  3. Claim-to-source map

Drafts cite approved sources as [S1], [S2]. Every sentence with a citation or a figure is mapped to its source, and each figure is checked against that source's excerpt.

  4. Exception queue

Everything that checks out passes quietly. A retraction, an NPI mismatch, a figure with no source or a claim the NPI Registry cannot show becomes one card with the action that clears it.

  5. Sign-off locked to the exact version

The workspace owner records the named clinician or editor who reviewed the draft. Approval binds to the evidence fingerprint, and a re-check that finds nothing new keeps it.

  6. Export with evidence pack

Export the page as Markdown with its Sources and Evidence sections. A new retraction, a changed NPI record or a check older than seven days sends it back to your reviewer first.

Guided and Expert

Two views of the same review.

Both views read and write the same providers, sources, exceptions and sign-off. Switch any time.

Guided

For the account lead and the reviewer.

One step at a time: add the providers, add the sources, run the checks, clear the queue, sign off. Each step says what is left before the next one opens.

Expert

For the operator running several practices.

The providers, the source checks, the claim map and the exception queue on one screen, with re-check and accept-with-reason a click away.

Public data

Public practice information. No patient data.

Healthcare mode works from what a practice already publishes, the public NPI Registry and PubMed. The workspace owner confirms public information only when turning the mode on, and a brief that carries patient identifiers is refused before it runs. Drafts state approved practice facts and cited sources; diagnoses and clinical advice stay with your clinicians.

Plans

Run it yourself, or have Suede AI run it.

Studio software

Healthcare mode runs in the Clients workspace on Studio software: $99/month with 100 client workspaces and $50 monthly usage credit. Model work draws from workspace credit at your plan's metered rates.

FAQ

Questions reviewers ask first.

What does the NPI check confirm?

Identity. The public NPI Registry record's name, credential, specialty taxonomy, active status and type (individual or organisation) are matched against what the page says, after the NPI's check digit is validated. Board certification and licensure are confirmed by your reviewer from the issuing body, and that confirmation is recorded in the evidence pack.

What does the PubMed check flag?

Full and partial retractions, expressions of concern, published corrections, updated versions, and PMIDs that are themselves notices rather than studies, with the notice's own PMID when PubMed links one. Each status is PubMed's record as indexed on the check date, and the label carries that date.

Who signs off?

Your named clinician or editor. The workspace owner records the reviewer's name in the attestation, and the approval is bound to a sha256 fingerprint of the evidence: provider records, source checks and accepted exceptions.

What if the evidence changes after sign-off?

Export stops and the page goes back to your reviewer. A new retraction, a changed NPI record or a removed acceptance changes the fingerprint. A re-check that finds nothing new keeps the sign-off, and any check older than seven days is re-run before export.

Does my reviewer have to read every citation?

No. Sources PubMed lists with no retraction, correction or concern linked, providers whose NPI record lines up with the page, and figures found in their source excerpt pass quietly and are listed in the evidence pack. The reviewer decides the exceptions.

Where do the drafts come from?

The Healthcare GEO workflow in the client's Brand Hub drafts from approved practice facts and approved sources only, cites them as [S1], [S2], and waits for the owner's named-reviewer attestation before export.

What does it cost?

Healthcare mode runs in the Clients workspace on Studio software: $99/month with 100 client workspaces and $50 monthly usage credit. Model work draws from workspace credit at your plan's metered rates. Managed Service is scoped and quoted separately.

Publish healthcare content your reviewer can sign. With the evidence attached.

Add the practice, match its providers in the NPI Registry, check its sources in PubMed and hand your reviewer the exceptions. The signed version is the version that ships.
