Numbers, carrier registration and dialer calls for this account and its sub-accounts go through your Twilio account. Until you turn a switch on, that part is a dry run: nothing is rented, registered or called.

Live phone work is not enabled on this deployment yet, so every switch stays on dry run.

Call tracking

Give each campaign its own number, or a pool your site swaps in per visitor. Calls are credited to the source in Reporting → Attribution, next to your form leads.

Voice AI agents

An agent answers a number, books callers on a calendar, transfers to your team or takes a message, and logs the call and transcript on the contact. It always tells callers it is an AI assistant. Its model use is billed like Conversation AI.

A2P 10DLC registration

US carriers deliver business texts from local numbers once the business (brand) and what it sends (campaign) are registered. Track both here; status changes can start workflows.
