How do I add a client or prospect?#
Open Clients and select Audit a prospect. The form starts with the site you will audit, because every client begins with evidence.

The file name labels the packet and KPI downloads. Use lowercase letters, numbers and dashes, such asacme-dental.Step 4: Flag a healthcare practice
Tick Healthcare practice to open the Healthcare lane next and set up NPI Registry and PubMed checks.Step 5: Select Create client
The hub opens on Overview. Run the first audit before the call from the Audit lane.Open Clients
Which client fields matter most?#
The website matters most: audits, rank tracking and AI visibility all measure it.
| Field | What it drives |
|---|---|
| Client name | The masthead on the packet (Prepared for) and the client view |
| Website | Audits, rank tracking and AI visibility measure this site |
| Contacts | The To line on the monthly update email and the CRM record |
| File name | Names the packet and KPI downloads |
| Healthcare practice | Opens the Healthcare lane next for NPI and PubMed checks |
What happens after I create the client?#
The client lands on a four-step stage track: Audit, Pitch packet, Client view and Win the client, which becomes the Monthly loop once they sign. The Overview lane shows the next action, so you always know what to ship.
- Run the first audit in the Audit lane. Crawl 1 to 50 pages and add what you have seen yourself, such as missed calls or slow inbox replies.
- Build the pitch packet. Pick the findings to show and publish a plan under your brand and theirs.
- Issue the client view. Send a read-only link with the packet.
- Mark them active when they sign. Select Mark as active and the monthly loop starts.
How many clients can I add?#
The Studio plan includes 3 active client workspaces. Close a client you no longer serve to open a slot, or see pricing when your roster grows. A client over your allowance turns read-only and is never deleted.
