Track every deal with sales pipelines

Quick answer

Agent Studio pipelines track every deal on a drag-and-drop board, stage by stage, with the open and weighted value of your whole pipeline on top. Set win odds per stage, mark deals won, lost or abandoned, and let automations follow up whenever a deal moves or sits too long.

What you'll have

  • A pipeline whose stages match how you sell
  • Weighted revenue you can forecast from
  • Stale-deal alerts that stop leads from going cold
  • Automations that fire on every stage change and win

What is a pipeline in Agent Studio?#

A pipeline is your sales process drawn as columns, and each card is a deal moving toward a close. GoHighLevel calls these cards Opportunities; in Agent Studio they live under Pipelines, the board calls them deals, and workflows use the Opportunity step. Run as many pipelines as you need: new sales, renewals, referral partners, recruiting.

The stages every new pipeline starts with
StageStarting win odds
New lead10%
Contacted20%
Qualified40%
Proposal sent60%
Negotiation80%

Rename, add, reorder or remove stages to match your sales motion, and set the win odds you see in practice.

How do I set up a pipeline?#

Pipeline setup

0 of 5 done

  1. Step 1: Create or open a pipeline

On Pipelines, use New pipeline, or Edit pipeline to reshape the one you have.
    Open Pipelines
  2. Step 2: Name your stages and odds

Add, rename and reorder stages, and give each a win probability. The board multiplies deal values by these odds for the weighted total.
    Edit stages
  3. Step 3: Set the stale window

Choose how many days a deal can sit in one stage before it counts as stale. The default is 14 days; 0 turns stale alerts off.
  4. Step 4: Add your first deal

Choose Add deal, then enter a name, Value in dollars, Expected close date and the contact.
    Add a deal
  5. Step 5: Automate the next step

Build a workflow on Pipeline stage changed so every move sends the right message and creates the right task.
    Open Automations

How do I move and close deals?#

Drag a card to the next stage, or use the card's Move menu from the keyboard. The move shows instantly. Open a deal to change its stage, value or contact and to set the outcome.

  • Filter the board by status (All statuses, open, won, lost or abandoned) and search the cards.
  • Collapse stages you are not working; Agent Studio remembers the choice per pipeline on that device.
  • On a phone, a stage chip row shows one stage at a time so the board stays readable.
  • An open deal keeps its link in the address bar, so you can paste it to a teammate.
  • Each deal shows In this stage since, so nobody guesses how long it has waited.

How do I forecast revenue from my pipeline?#

Read the weighted total in the toolbar. Agent Studio multiplies each open deal's value by its stage's win odds and adds them up beside the plain open total, so you see what the pipeline is worth today and what it is likely to bring in. For trends and win rates, open Reporting.

Which pipeline events can start an automation?#

Five of them: Opportunity created, Opportunity changed, Pipeline stage changed, Opportunity won, lost or reopened and Opportunity stale. The Opportunity workflow step goes the other way, creating or moving deals from any trigger, such as a booked call or an accepted estimate.

Find the stage that leaks deals in CRM reporting, and send a priced estimate the moment a deal is ready.

Questions buyers ask#

Are pipelines the same as GoHighLevel opportunities?

Yes. GoHighLevel's Opportunities and Pipelines map to Agent Studio's Pipelines: each card is a deal with a value, stage, contact and status of open, won, lost or abandoned.

How many pipelines can I have?

As many as your business needs. Create one per sales motion with New pipeline, and switch between them from the toolbar.

What happens to deals when I remove a stage?

Agent Studio asks where to move them before the stage is removed, so no deal is ever lost. A pipeline is deleted only once it is empty.

What is a weighted pipeline value?

Each open deal's value multiplied by its stage's win probability, then added up. It shows what your pipeline is realistically worth instead of the best-case total.

Can a deal create itself when a lead comes in?

Yes. Add an Opportunity step to a workflow triggered by a form, booking, web chat or call, and every new lead lands on the board in the right stage.
