What does Agent Studio reporting show?#
CRM, Reporting opens on an overview: new contacts, revenue collected, deals won and appointments booked, each compared with the period before. Below sit charts of new contacts and revenue over time, your open and weighted pipeline, top lead sources, and folded groups for sales, appointments, conversations, marketing, reputation and site traffic.
| Tab | Answers |
|---|---|
| Overview | Are leads, revenue and bookings up or down? |
| Attribution | Which channels, sources, campaigns and pages bring leads and revenue? |
| Pipeline | How many deals won and lost, win rate, days to win, and where deals stall? |
| Appointments | Show, no-show and cancel rates by calendar, teammate and booking source? |
| Team activity | Who added contacts, won deals, finished tasks and replied? |
| Response times | How fast does the team reply on each inbox channel? |
| Ad spend | What does each lead cost and what return does each source earn? |
| QR codes | How many scans did each printed code get? |
| Report emails | Who gets the report, and how often? |
Every tab uses the same date filter: last 7, 30 or 90 days, last week, this month, last month, year to date, or custom dates up to a year long, all in your CRM time zone. Download any breakdown as CSV for a spreadsheet or a client deck.
How do I see which lead sources make money?#
Open Attribution. It shows leads, opportunities, pipeline added, won value and revenue for each channel, source, medium, campaign, source and medium pair, landing page or ad, by first touch or latest touch.
- Forms, booking pages and your Agent Studio sites record the visit that brought each lead, including UTM tags.
- Imported and hand-entered contacts group under their source field, so older leads still count.
- Pair it with Ad spend to see cost per lead and return on ad spend for each source.
How do I find where deals and appointments leak?#
Pick a pipeline to see deals created, won and lost, win rate, won value and average days to win. The stage view shows how far new deals got and the average days spent in each stage, so the stage where deals pile up stands out at once.
See appointments booked, show, no-show and cancel rates, how far ahead people book and your busiest weekdays, broken down by calendar, team member and where the booking came from.
For each person: new contacts, deals created, won and lost, open pipeline, tasks done and overdue, appointments, assigned conversations and replies sent from the inbox.
How fast is my team replying to leads?#
Response times measures first replies on every inbox channel: replies in time, missed first responses, late replies, conversations still waiting, and the average and median first reply, by channel and by teammate. Workflow and campaign sends never count as a reply, so the number reflects your team and Conversation AI answering customers.
Can I get reports emailed automatically?#
