What does a snapshot copy?#
A snapshot copies the setup and leaves the people, money and history behind. Your client gets the machine you built, with none of another client's data in it.

How do I create a snapshot?#
Build the setup once in any account you run, then capture it from Settings → Snapshots. Owners and Admins capture, load and share.
Capture your first snapshot
Step 1: Open Snapshots
Go to CRM settings → Snapshots in the account whose setup you want to copy.Open SnapshotsStep 2: Name it for the buyer
Under Capture this account, give it a Snapshot name such as "Dental practice starter" and a description of who it is for and what it sets up.Step 3: Choose optional extras
Tick coupons or payment links under Also carry (optional) if the setup sells something.Step 4: Capture
Press Capture snapshot. It lands under Your snapshots with counts of what it holds and how many workflows it carries.Step 5: Capture again after you improve it
Press Capture again on the card to save a new version. The newest 10 versions stay available to load or push.
How do I load a snapshot into a client account?#
Open the snapshot and press Preview and load. The preview shows exactly what will be added or updated before anything changes, and loads never delete anything in the account.
| Choice | What happens |
|---|---|
| Add only (the default) | Anything with the same name, or a page at the same address, stays as it is. Settings fill in only what is blank. |
| Update existing | Matching items take the snapshot's version and keep their links. Live ones switch to draft or paused until you review them. |
Calendars travel with seats like "Team member 1". Under Who takes each calendar seat, map each seat to a real person on the account, or press Keep as a placeholder and fill it later.
How do I push a snapshot to many sub-accounts at once?#
Press Push to sub-accounts on the snapshot card, tick the accounts, and choose Add only or Update existing. The push works through every account in the background, up to 200 per push.
- Pick a version per account when clients sit on different releases of your setup.
- Push history shows each account's progress, with a retry for any account that was busy or failed.
- You push to sub-accounts you own and to accounts where you hold Admin access.
Can every new sub-account get my snapshot automatically?#
Yes. In the push dialog, Set up every new sub-account automatically creates a workflow in your builder: Sub-account created triggers Load Snapshot into Sub-account. Turn it on in Automations and every client you add starts fully built.
Add the After a snapshot loads starter from the Snapshots page as well. It runs Assign Calendar Team on the Snapshot loaded into this account trigger, so calendar seats fill from the account's team without anyone touching them.
How do I share a snapshot with another account?#
Press Create share link on the snapshot card and send the link. The other account pastes it into Load a shared snapshot, previews it and loads it into their own CRM. Stop sharing retires the link the moment you press it.
Create the accounts to load with sub-accounts, and start from a proven workflow in templates.
