How do I create and send an invoice?#

What does my customer see when they pay?#
Your customer opens a clean pay page with your business name, the items, subtotal, discount, tax, what is already paid and the amount due. They press pay, finish on a secure Stripe checkout and land back on a thank-you that updates the moment Stripe confirms. Card details go straight to Stripe.
How do I set up a recurring invoice?#
Tick Issue this invoice again on a schedule in the Repeat box. Choose Every week, month, quarter or year, set First repeat on and, if you want an end, Stop after (invoices, optional). Leave it blank and it runs until you stop it. Each new copy gets its own number and goes out by the same email or text route.
How do I chase overdue invoices automatically?#
Agent Studio marks an unpaid invoice Overdue once its due date passes and fires the Invoice overdue trigger once. Build an automation on that trigger to text the pay link, email a reminder, wait a few days and nudge again, or create a task for whoever owns the account.
