What is a community in Agent Studio?#

A community is a set of discussion groups inside your member portal, so students and customers meet in the same place they learn and buy.

  • Run up to 100 groups, each with up to 30 channels for topics such as Wins, Questions or Announcements.
  • Members open the community from the portal's Community page and keep one profile with a bio, avatar, points and level.
  • Your team manages everything from Communities under Memberships, on the Groups, Members, Activity, Reports, Events and Leaderboard tabs.

Who can join a group, and who can post?#

Each group sets its own door, and each group or channel sets who starts posts.

How do points, levels and the leaderboard work?#

Members earn one point for every like their posts and comments receive, and your workflows award extra points with the Community step, so the people who help others rise to the top.

  • Posts carry up to 4 attachments (images, PDFs or text files) and polls with up to 6 choices.
  • Members @mention each other and react to posts and comments.
  • The Leaderboard tab ranks members by points; reaching a new level fires Community member reached a new level.

Can I host events and live sessions?#

Yes. The Events tab schedules events with a location and a meeting or livestream link, members RSVP from the portal, and you cancel or update an event in one place.

How do I moderate the community?#

You moderate from the Activity and Reports tabs: pin, hide or lock posts, hide comments, and remove or ban members.

  • Members report posts and comments as spam, harassment, inappropriate, off topic or other.
  • Reports sit open until you resolve or dismiss them, and Community post or comment reported alerts your team the moment one arrives.
  • Bulk actions handle up to 100 items at once when a thread gets busy.

Questions buyers ask#

Can I charge for access to a community?

Yes. Tie a group to the courses or offers buyers already purchased, or sell the group on its own through a payment link. The sell-access workflow, built in one click on the Groups tab, adds each buyer to the group on payment.

Is the Agent Studio community a Skool or GoHighLevel Communities alternative?

Yes. You get groups, channels, posts, polls, events, points, levels and a leaderboard, all inside the same portal as your courses and wired to the same CRM and workflows that run the rest of your business.

Do members need a separate login for the community?

No. The community lives in your member portal, so members sign in once with their emailed link and move between courses and groups freely.

Which community events can start a workflow?

Workflows start when a member joins a group, is removed or banned, publishes a post, adds a comment, gets mentioned, reaches a new level, or reports a post or comment.

Can only my team post in a group?

Yes. Set posting to you and your team on the group or on one channel. Members still read, like and comment, which makes it a clean announcements feed.
