Client reports: KPIs, report emails and shareable client views

Quick answer

Agent Studio reports to clients three ways. The KPIs lane tracks baseline, current value and change for the numbers you were hired to move. Report emails send a weekly or monthly summary on a schedule. The Client view lane issues an expiring read-only link where the client sees both brands, chosen KPIs, logged work and published deliverables.

What you'll have

  • KPIs tracked against a baseline, synced from SEO and leads
  • A weekly or monthly report email on a schedule
  • An expiring client view link that shows only what you choose

How do I track client KPIs?#

Open the client's KPIs lane, pick a suggested metric or add your own, and set a baseline. Every reading after that shows its change against where the client started.

Client KPIs and where their readings come from
MetricSource
Audit scoreFollows each new audit automatically
Top-10 keywordsSync from SEO: tracked keywords ranking 1 to 10
Organic clicksRecorded from Search Console in the SEO lane, last 28 days
AI visibility scoreRecorded from the AI visibility check in the SEO lane
Qualified leads, Booked calls, ConversionsSync from leads counts them for you
Average ratingSyncs with the lead counts when reviews are connected

Synced metrics take readings from their source, never from typing, so the numbers a client sees hold up. Tick Show to client on any metric to put it on the client view.

How do I send clients a weekly report?#

Create a report email in CRM reporting. Pick weekly or monthly, the day and hour, and up to ten recipients; Agent Studio sends the account overview for the last 7 days or the last calendar month on schedule.

What is the monthly loop?#

The Monthly loop lane runs each client through four steps every month: Re-audit, Prioritize, Deliver and Measure. Log what you delivered with a link as proof, then select Build the update to write the client's email.

The update covers the work this month and results since you started, ready to Copy message or Open in your email app. Close cycle logs the month in the activity feed and lists it under Past months.

Questions buyers ask#

Can I send clients automated weekly reports?

Yes. Report emails send the account overview weekly or monthly at the day and hour you choose, to up to ten addresses, from your own sender when one is set in CRM settings.

Do clients need a login to see their report?

No. The client view opens from a link you issue, read-only, for 30 days, 90 days or a year. You revoke it whenever you want and it stops working right away.

Can I control what each client sees?

Yes. You choose activity, KPIs and deliverables per link, and each KPI and logged item has its own Show to client switch.

How do I report across all my clients at once?

The agency roll-up report puts leads, deals, revenue, appointments, conversations, sends, reviews and ad spend for every account side by side, with a totals row and a CSV download.

How does this compare to AgencyAnalytics or GoHighLevel reporting?

Agent Studio ties the report to the work: the same hub that runs the audit, ships the fixes and syncs the leads writes the KPIs and the monthly update, so there is no separate dashboard tool to feed.
