How do I connect Google Ads, Meta and TikTok?#
Connect each ad account on Marketing → Ads through one of your Connections, then sync. Spend arrives per ad and per day with the ad's name and landing page.
Bring your ad spend in
Step 1: Save the platform's token as a Connection
Add a custom-header Connection withOpen Connectionsauthorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKENand the platform's account id header. Google Ads also takes your developer token.Step 2: Connect the ad account
On Ads, name the account, choose the platform and the connection, and press Connect account.Open AdsStep 3: Sync recent spend
Press Sync last 7 days. Re-syncing a day replaces its numbers, so totals always match the platform.Step 4: Make it daily
Create the daily ad spend import from the starter workflows on the Ads page. It pulls the last three days from every connected account each morning.Step 5: Read the results
Open Reporting → Ad spend for cost per lead and ROAS, then Attribution for the full lead path.Open Ad spend
Running ads elsewhere? Import ad spend on the Ad spend report takes a daily CSV export from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, X or a spreadsheet. The Record Ad Spend workflow action writes spend from any other system.

How does attribution reporting work?#
Reporting → Attribution credits every lead to the visit that brought it in and follows it through to revenue. Switch between First touch (what found them) and Latest touch (what brought them back), and group by any dimension.
- Channel: paid search, paid social, organic, email, referral and more.
- Source, Medium, Campaign and Source / medium from utm tags.
- Landing page: the first page the lead saw.
- Ad (utm_content): the individual ad, matched to its spend.
Leads, Opportunities, Pipeline added, Won, Won value and Revenue for each row. Ad spend, Cost per lead and ROAS appear once the range holds spend, and Calls appears once your Agent Studio numbers take calls.
utm tags, gclid, fbclid and msclkid click ids, landing page and referrer, captured from site visits, inbound webhooks and contact CSV imports. A lead's first touch never moves, and leads from before tracking group under their recorded source.
Can I create and boost ads from Agent Studio?#
Yes. Under Create and boost ads, draft a New campaign for Google, Meta or TikTok, or Boost a Page post (Meta), with a daily budget, countries and the creative each platform needs: up to 15 headlines, 4 descriptions and phrase-match keywords for a Google Search ad.
- Ask for approval sends the draft to the account owner and Admins, who Approve or Ask for changes.
- Publish lays out every request it will make to the platform as a dry run until the owner turns on live publishing.
- Live publishes create every campaign, ad set and ad paused, so spend starts only when you switch the ad on inside the platform.
- Ad links get utm tags automatically, so each lead lines up with the ad that brought it and that ad's spend.
