Tour the Suede AI Agent Studio workspace

Quick answer

The Suede AI Agent Studio workspace is one sidebar in five groups: Agency, Customers, Grow, Build and Earn. Each item opens a module with its own tabs, the Settings menu sits at the bottom, your credit balance stays in view, and Cmd+K or Ctrl+K jumps to any page by name.

What you'll have

  • Every module's home in the sidebar, mapped
  • The fastest way to any page with the command palette
  • Confidence moving between your agency and a client's account

How is the Agent Studio workspace laid out?#

The sidebar picks the module and the module's tabs pick the tool inside it. GoHighLevel users will recognize the two-level model. The groups run agency-first, then the CRM, then the studio where you build agents.

Where are the settings in Agent Studio?#

Settings is a menu at the foot of the sidebar, not a page. Open it to reach every account-level control.

Phone numbersLocal and toll-free numbers, call flows and the Voice AI agent

BillingYour credit balance, top-ups and every charge

How do I jump to any page fast?#

Press Cmd+K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows to open the command palette, type a few letters of the page you want and press Enter. The palette reads the same table as the sidebar, so anything you can see you can jump to.

What changes when I open a client's account?#

Inside a client's sub-account the sidebar switches to client view and shows that account's Customers and Grow modules, the way GoHighLevel's sub-account menu does. Your agency tools return when you switch back to your own account. Team members and agency staff see the client view on every page, scoped by the role you gave them.

Where do I see my credit and spend?#

The credit chip keeps your balance in view on every page. Open Credit to see the balance, top up, read Recent activity line by line and check what each action costs.

Questions buyers ask#

Where did the CRM go in the Agent Studio sidebar?

The CRM is spread across the Customers and Grow groups: Dashboard, Conversations, Calendars, Contacts and Pipelines under Customers, and Automations, Marketing, Sites & forms and Reporting under Grow.

Where do I find forms?

Under Sites & forms in the Grow group, the same place GoHighLevel keeps them. Forms has surveys and quizzes too.

Can I limit what a team member sees?

Yes. In Team, Admins run everything and Users open the areas you choose or a role you define. You can also limit a User to the contacts, deals and conversations assigned to them.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to search Agent Studio?

Yes. Cmd+K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows opens the command palette from any workspace page.

Where are the workflow templates?

The template library holds working workflows for common jobs, and CRM automations open their own templates from Automations.
