Plan, approve and publish social posts from one calendar

Quick answer

Agent Studio's Social planner schedules and publishes posts to LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Instagram, X, Bluesky, Threads, Google Business Profile and Pinterest from one calendar. Write once, tailor the text per network, draft captions with AI, route posts through approval, repeat evergreen posts, and bulk upload a month of content from a CSV.

What you'll have

  • Your social accounts connected and tested in one place.
  • A calendar filled weeks ahead, with each post tailored to each network.
  • Posts that publish on time from your own accounts, with a link to every live post.

Which social networks can Agent Studio post to?#

Eight networks publish straight from the planner. The composer checks each network's rules as you write, so a post that fits everywhere goes out everywhere.

What each network publishes

How do I connect my social accounts?#

Each account uses one of your own Connections, holding that network's access token, so posts go out from your account under your name.

Connect an account and schedule a post

0 of 5 done

  1. Step 1: Save the network's token as a Connection

Add a custom-header Connection with authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN. The Accounts tab lists the exact permission each network needs.
    Open Connections
  2. Step 2: Add the account

On Accounts, press Add account, choose the network and the connection, and fill the ids it asks for (a Page id, a board id, a LinkedIn author URN).
    Open Social planner
  3. Step 3: Test it

Press Test connection. A good token turns the account to Connected and shows the handle or page name it found.
  4. Step 4: Compose once, tailor per network

On Compose, pick the accounts, write the post, add up to 10 images or a video by https link, and adjust the text for any network that needs its own version.
  5. Step 5: Schedule or publish

Press Schedule to put it on the calendar, or Publish now to send it this minute.

What happens when a scheduled post goes out?#

The planner checks for due posts every five minutes and publishes each one to every chosen account, so a post lands within minutes of its scheduled time. Each account gets its own result.

When a network cannot take part of a post, the planner publishes the rest and tells you what it left off: an extra photo on Google Business Profile, media on X, or a link on Instagram. If a network went quiet mid-publish, the post asks you to confirm with I checked: it published or I checked: it did not publish, so nothing ever posts twice.

Can AI write captions, and can a manager approve posts first?#

Yes to both. Write with AI turns a topic and a tone into one caption per selected network, each inside that network's limit, plus up to five hashtags. It runs on your prepaid credit.

Under Review and repeats, require approval and the button becomes Schedule after approval. The reviewer sees Approve and Request changes with a note, and an approved post goes out at its time. Turn on an evergreen repeat to republish a post every set number of days, up to 52 times.

Can I bulk upload a month of social posts?#

Yes. The Bulk upload tab takes a CSV of up to 500 posts with the columns below, checks every row against each network's rules in your time zone, and shows row-by-row errors before anything is created.

Questions buyers ask#

Can I schedule posts to my Google Business Profile?

Yes. Add the Google Business Profile account with its account id and location id, and posts with one photo and a link publish to your profile on schedule. Fresh posts keep your profile active for local search.

Can I write one post and change it for each network?

Yes. Write the main text once, then open a network's version to shorten it for X, add hashtags for Instagram, or rewrite it for LinkedIn. Each preview shows the character count against that network's limit.

What happens if a post fails on one network?

The other networks still publish. The post shows Partly published with the network's own reason, and Retry failed accounts resends only to the accounts that missed it.

Can a client or manager approve posts before they go live?

Yes. Require approval on the post and it waits in Needs approval until someone presses Approve. Request changes sends it back with a note.

Do AI captions cost extra?

Write with AI draws on the same prepaid credit as your other AI work in Agent Studio. See plans and credit.
