Suede AI Agent Studio billing: plans, usage credit, charges and receipts

Quick answer

Suede AI Agent Studio bills two things: the Studio plan at $99 a month for the software and 3 client workspaces, and prepaid usage credit for live runs, SEO lookups and audits. Pay for both by card through Stripe. Every charge lands on the Credit page labeled with what it paid for, and run charges link to the run itself.

What you'll have

  • A clear picture of what the plan covers and what draws from usage credit
  • Credit loaded by card, with the all-in price shown before you pay
  • Every charge traced to the action or run that spent it
  • Your card and plan managed in the Stripe billing portal

What do I pay for in Agent Studio?#

You pay for the software plan and for the live work your agents do. Building, testing and looking around cost nothing.

How does usage credit work?#

Usage credit is a prepaid balance that pays for live work. You load it by card and it stays until you spend it. Workspace audits, SEO lookups and agent runs draw from it. Purchased credit has no expiry date and no monthly reset, and a run that uses no model and no paid tool costs nothing.

  • Pay-as-you-go packs load credit at face value. The pack marked Starting pack is the quickest way to fund a first client audit.
  • Committed-use packs buy more credit per dollar when you commit up front.
  • The prepay fee is 3% of the pack, plus $0.30 on packs of $20 and up. Each pack button shows the all-in card price, and the fee stays separate from the run fee.
  • Live runs pay the model tokens and paid tools they use at list cost, plus the platform fee of 20% at base rates and 15% on the Studio plan.

Where do I see my charges and receipts?#

On the Credit page. Your balance sits at the top, and Recent activity lists every top-up and every charge, labeled with what it paid for.

  • Recent activity gives the time, the item and the amount for each line. Run charges link to the run, and the run page breaks the cost down step by step, so it doubles as your receipt.
  • Run cost by agent totals the month's spend per agent with the run fee included, so it matches the line items.
  • Manage billing on the Studio plan panel opens the Stripe billing portal, where your card, invoices and plan details live.

How do I update my card?#

Open the Studio plan panel and press Manage billing. The Stripe billing portal opens on your account and returns you to the studio when you finish. If a renewal payment fails, the same button reads Update your card, so the fix is one click away. Credit packs take a card at each checkout, so a new card works on your very next pack.

Questions buyers ask#

Does Agent Studio usage credit expire?

No. Purchased usage credit and the launch credit stay in your balance until spent, with no expiry date and no monthly reset.

Can I pay for Agent Studio by card?

Yes. The Studio plan and every credit pack check out by card through Stripe. A card is all you need to build, run agents and serve clients.

Does the launch credit lower my monthly price?

No. The one-time $50 usage credit pays for live work. The Studio plan is $99 a month, and usage credit does not reduce that subscription charge.

Is testing an agent billed?

No. Editing, dry runs and viewing are free in Agent Studio. Credit is spent only when an agent works for real: live model calls, paid tools and data lookups.

What does a live agent run cost?

The model tokens and paid tools the run uses at list cost, plus the platform fee of 20% at base rates and 15% on the Studio plan. A run that uses neither costs nothing.

How do client workspaces count toward my plan?

Every open client workspace counts, prospects and clients in onboarding included. Close a client and the slot is yours again.
