Why save products instead of typing each line?#
Products keep your prices consistent and your invoices fast. Pick a product and the line fills in, so the same package is priced the same way on every invoice, estimate and payment link. Change a price once and every new document uses it.

| Monthly | Starts a subscription that renews every month | Retainers, memberships, maintenance plans |
| Yearly | Starts a subscription that renews every year | Annual plans, licenses, service contracts |
How do I change or retire a product?#
Press Edit on the product to rename it, change prices or untick On sale for a price you no longer offer. Archive a product to take it off new documents while past invoices keep their history. Copy id gives you the product id for workflows that build invoices from product ids.
