How do I open an online store in Agent Studio?#

Can I sell products with sizes, colors and stock?#
Yes. A listing takes up to 3 options, each with up to 30 values, and every combination becomes a variant with its own stock count.
- Listings move between Active, Draft and Archived, so you prepare a launch without showing it early.
- Turn off shipping on a listing that needs none, such as a voucher or a digital item, and the checkout skips the address.
- A cart holds up to 50 lines with up to 99 of each item.
- Allow backorders to keep selling a tracked variant after it runs out.
How do shipping and sales tax work at checkout?#
Checkout opens a Stripe Checkout page with the shipping rates and tax from your store settings, and the order completes the moment Stripe confirms payment.
| Setting | What you control |
|---|---|
| Shipping countries | Up to 60 countries you collect addresses for |
| Shipping rates | Up to 5 rates, each with a price, a delivery estimate in days and an optional free-over amount |
| Tax | No tax line, one flat rate on the item subtotal, or Stripe Tax on your account |
| Checkout note | A message shown above the cart's checkout button |
| Phone number | Ask buyers for a phone number at checkout |
| Low stock alert | The stock level that fires Store inventory low (5 out of the box) |
How do I ship orders and issue refunds?#
Every paid order lands on the Orders tab, numbered, with its lines and prices frozen at checkout and the buyer saved as a contact.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | The buyer is at checkout |
| Paid, to ship | Money in, ready to pack |
| Partly shipped | Some items went out |
| Shipped | Every item went out with tracking |
| Cancelled | You cancelled the order |
| Checkout expired | The buyer left checkout without paying |
- Mark items shipped with a carrier, tracking number and tracking link; your Store order fulfilled workflows send the details to the buyer.
- Refund part or all of an order from the order screen, with a reason, and add private notes for your team.
How do I recover abandoned carts?#
A cart with an email and no order after 60 minutes counts as abandoned (set anywhere from 15 minutes to 7 days), and Store cart abandoned starts your recovery workflow with a link back to the shopper's cart.
