Questions buyers ask

Does Suede AI take a cut of my payments?

No. Customers pay into your own Stripe account with your own key, and Suede AI adds no percentage on top. Stripe charges its normal processing fee on its side.

Can I test with Stripe test mode first?

Yes. Put a sk_test_... key and the test webhook secret on the connection, run a test invoice end to end, then swap in your live key. Test connection tells you which mode you are in.

Can I text an invoice to a customer?

Yes. Tick Text (text-to-pay) when you send and the customer gets an SMS with the pay link. Texts go through the texting connection chosen in CRM settings.

Can an accepted estimate become an invoice automatically?

Yes. When your customer presses Accept estimate, Agent Studio creates the invoice right away with the same items, discount and tax, and shows them the pay link.

Does my customer need an account to pay a link?

No. They tap the link, see what it is for and pay on Stripe checkout. No sign-in, no app.

Can one product have more than one price?

Yes. A product holds up to 20 prices, mixing one-time, monthly and yearly. Name each price so the right one is easy to pick.

Where are my subscribers' cards stored?

In your Stripe account. Stripe saves the card at the first payment and charges it on each renewal. Agent Studio never stores card numbers.

Read the guide: Subscriptions

Can a coupon be both percent off and dollar off?

No, each coupon takes one: a percent off or a dollar amount off. Create two codes when you want both offers running.
