What are CRM workflow starters?#
CRM workflow starters are complete automations for your Agent Studio CRM, built around the moments that win or lose a customer. Examples include Text new leads in seconds, Text back missed callers, Confirm new bookings by text, Nurture new leads for a week and Follow up leads who did not book. Open one from CRM → Automations, review its steps in Studio, and fit it to your account.
Can I customize a template?#
Completely. Opening a template creates your own copy, and every node, prompt, field and connection is editable. Add a Branch to route urgent cases, drop in Send Text to alert your phone, or replace the trigger with a Schedule. The original template stays untouched in the gallery for the next time you need it.
Which template should I start with?#
Start where money leaks. If leads wait for a reply, open Lead Qualifier or a speed-to-lead starter. If invoices age, open Invoice Chaser. If you spend Sunday night prepping for the week, open Meeting Prep Brief or Inbox Triage Brief. Want the exact cost of the leak first? The hours-saved calculator puts a dollar figure on any recurring task.
