What does the Agent Studio CRM include?#
It includes everything a service business runs sales on, under CRM in the app sidebar. Each area is one click from the next, and all of them write to the same contact record.
| Area | Where | What it does for you |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard | CRM | Open deals, tasks due and live automations at a glance |
| Conversations | Conversations | Answers texts, email, web chat and social DMs from one inbox |
| Contacts | Contacts | Stores every lead and customer with tags, custom fields and smart lists |
| Pipelines | Pipelines | Moves deals stage by stage with weighted totals and stale alerts |
| Tasks | Tasks | Keeps every next step dated, with overdue work flagged |
| Calendars, forms, documents | Calendars, Forms, Documents | Books calls, captures leads and collects signatures straight into the record |
| Automations | Automations | Follows up on every trigger, from a new lead to a missed call |
| Reporting | Reporting | Shows pipeline, response times, attribution and team results |
How does one contact record tie everything together?#
Every contact page shows the whole relationship in three panels. On the left sit the contact's details, tags and do-not-disturb settings. The center holds an email and text composer above one Activity stream with full message bodies, notes, tasks and deal changes. On the right you see the contact's opportunities, tasks and notes.
Because every module writes to that record, a form submission, a booked appointment, a paid invoice and an inbox reply all show up in the same place. Your team stops asking "did anyone call them back?" because the answer is on the screen.
How do I set up the CRM in ten minutes?#
Add your business profile, connect a channel, load your contacts and turn on one starter automation. That order gets a lead from first message to follow-up the same day.

What does the AI do inside the CRM?#
AI works the CRM the way a sharp assistant would. Conversation AI drafts or sends replies in the inbox from your business facts and thread history. Workflows built in Agent Studio read and write CRM records with steps like Create or Update Contact, Opportunity, Create Task and Send Text, so a new lead gets a reply, a deal and a follow-up task before you open your laptop.
Who gets the most from the Agent Studio CRM?#
Service businesses that live on calls and texts: home services, clinics, law firms, coaches and local shops. Agencies run the same CRM for each client in its own sub-account, which keeps every client's data separate and every report clean.
Moving from another CRM? Import your contacts first, then hand follow-up to CRM automations.
