What does Reputation in Agent Studio include?#

Reputation lives at CRM → Reputation in five tabs. Overview shows your average rating, reviews per month and the request funnel. Reviews is the inbox. Requests sends asks, Widgets puts reviews on your site, and Settings holds your review sites, messages and monitoring.

How do I ask customers for reviews?#

Send a review request to one customer from Ask one customer, or to a whole group by tag or smart list from Send to a group. Each request carries a personal review link.

Start collecting reviews

0 of 5 done

  1. Step 1: Add your review sites

In Settings → Review sites, paste your Google, Facebook, Yelp and Trustpilot review links, plus up to three other sites.
    Open Reputation settings
  2. Step 2: Set your messages

Edit the email and text request, and the reminder. {{review_link}}, {{contact.firstName|there}} and {{business.name}} fill in for every customer.
  3. Step 3: Ask your first customer

On Requests, choose a contact and Email, Text (SMS) or Email and text, then press Send request.
    Open Requests
  4. Step 4: Ask past customers in bulk

Tag recent customers (for example "completed job"), pick the tag or a smart list under Send to a group, and press Queue requests.
  5. Step 5: Automate it

Add the Ask for a Review action to the workflow that runs when a job is marked done, and every customer gets asked without anyone remembering to.
    Open Automations
  • Group sends hold up to 2,000 contacts and go out at a steady 300 an hour, with Progress and a Stop button.
  • No double asks: a contact asked in the last 30 days is skipped unless you choose Send anyway.
  • One reminder goes to anyone who has not rated after 3 days. Change the delay in Settings, or set it to 0 to turn reminders off.

How do I catch unhappy customers before they post?#

The review link opens a short page where the customer rates the experience first. Ratings below your threshold (4 stars by default) see a private "Tell us what went wrong" form first, which lands in your Reviews inbox as private feedback so you can fix the problem fast.

How do I see all my reviews in one place?#

Connect Google and Facebook in Settings and their reviews sync into the Reviews inbox automatically, about once an hour, or right away with Sync now. Yelp, Trustpilot and in-person reviews come in with Add a review or Import CSV.

Filter by Every source, any rating, or Needs a reply to clear the reviews waiting on you. Flag a review, or hide it from widgets, without touching the original.

Can AI reply to my reviews?#

Yes. Press Draft with AI on any review and Agent Studio writes a reply from the review and your business name in a Warm, Brief or Apologetic tone. Apologetic is the default for one and two star reviews.

  • Edit the draft, then press Post to Google or Post to Facebook for connected sites, or Copy reply for any other site.
  • Turn on auto-reply to post AI replies to new four and five star reviews on connected sites, up to five per site per sync. Lower ratings always wait for you.
  • AI drafts use your prepaid credit, and nothing posts until you choose to post it or turn on auto-reply.

Hours back each month

10.8

Worth each year

$6,500

That is 130 hours a year on one task. Describe it once and an agent runs it on schedule from then on.

How do I show reviews on my website?#

On Widgets, press New widget, choose Carousel, one review at a time or Grid, set the lowest rating shown and the sources, and press Copy snippet. Paste the two lines into any page. The widget shows up to 50 reviews with your average rating and count, picks up new reviews on its own, and keeps its own styling so your site's CSS never breaks it.

Questions buyers ask#

How do I get more Google reviews?

Ask every customer right after the job, by text and email, with a direct link. Add your Google review link in Settings, put the Ask for a Review action in your job-done workflow, and let the automatic reminder catch anyone who forgot.

Does review filtering break Google's rules?

Agent Studio shows every public review site to every rater. Low ratings see a private feedback form first, so you hear about problems quickly, and the public sites stay one tap away for everyone.

Can AI reply to negative reviews automatically?

Auto-reply covers four and five star reviews only. One to three star reviews wait for you, with Draft with AI writing a first draft you edit and post, apologetic by default for one and two star reviews.

Which review sites does Agent Studio monitor?

Google and Facebook reviews sync automatically once you connect them. Yelp, Trustpilot and other sites come in through Add a review or Import CSV, and every source shares one inbox and one set of widgets.

Can an agency manage reviews for clients?

Yes. Each client account has its own Reputation page, and agency client workspaces include a reputation lane for drafting replies and review requests. See add a client.
