How do I build a course in Agent Studio?#

Open Memberships, create a course on the Courses tab, and the course builder lays it out as modules that hold lessons.

Play MP4, WebM or MOV video in the lesson, or paste a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link and the player embeds it. Add written lesson notes and up to 20 downloads per lesson.

Members pick up where they left off, and progress saves as they go.

How does drip content work?#

Drip scheduling opens lessons and modules on a timetable you set, so students move through the course at the pace you designed.

Questions buyers ask#

Can I host course videos in Agent Studio?

Yes. Play MP4, WebM or MOV files right in a lesson, or paste a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link and the lesson embeds the player. Each lesson also holds written notes and up to 20 downloads.

How do students log in to the member portal?

Members type their email and get a one-time sign-in link. There are no passwords to forget or reset, and you send a fresh link from the Members tab whenever someone asks.

Can I sell a course as a subscription or payment plan?

Yes. Offers charge free, one-time, monthly or yearly subscription, or a payment plan of 2 to 36 installments, all on your own Stripe account. Subscriptions take up to 365 days before the first charge.

Do students get a certificate when they finish?

Yes. When a member completes every lesson of a course with certificates on, the portal offers a printable certificate with their name, the course, your business name, the date and a certificate number.

Can I give someone access without a payment?

Yes. Add a member by hand from the Members tab, give the course away through a free offer, or grant access from a workflow step. From the same tab you revoke, restore or reset a member's progress.

Which events can trigger automations?

Workflows start on Course access granted, Lesson completed, Course completed, Lesson quiz submitted, Lesson assignment submitted and Lesson assignment reviewed, so onboarding, nudges and upsells run on their own.
