Questions buyers ask

Is the Agent Studio CRM a GoHighLevel alternative?

Yes. It covers the CRM core GoHighLevel users rely on (contacts, smart lists, pipelines, a unified inbox, tasks, calendars, forms and workflows) and adds Agent Studio's AI workflows on top. Contacts come over by CSV in one import.

What are smart lists in Agent Studio?

Smart lists are saved contact views built from your search and tag filters. They update themselves as contacts change, so your "hot leads" or "past customers" list is always current.

How many contacts can I import at once?

Up to 5,000 rows per import from a file of up to 2 MB. Split a bigger list into parts and import each one; duplicates across parts still merge.

Are pipelines the same as GoHighLevel opportunities?

Yes. GoHighLevel's Opportunities and Pipelines map to Agent Studio's Pipelines: each card is a deal with a value, stage, contact and status of open, won, lost or abandoned.

Can I text customers from my business number?

Yes. Connect your Twilio number or buy one in Phone numbers, add it as a text channel, and every reply goes out from that number.

Does Agent Studio remind me when a task is due?

Yes. When a task falls due it fires the Task due trigger. Build a workflow on it to text or email the person responsible, and overdue tasks are marked on the Tasks page.

Does the booking page show times in my client's time zone?

Yes. The page reads the visitor's time zone from their browser and shows open times in it, while your availability stays in the calendar's own time zone. Reminders go out in the zone the client booked in.

How do I embed an Agent Studio form on my website?

Publish the form, open Share and press Copy embed code. Paste it into any page builder that accepts HTML, including WordPress, Webflow and Squarespace. The frame grows to fit the form, so there are no scroll bars.
