Send SEO and AI visibility reports clients actually read

Quick answer

Agent Studio builds SEO reports from your project's real data: rankings, keywords, AI visibility and Google Search Console and Analytics numbers, written up with a summary and next actions. Reports save to the project, follow your own report template, and share with a client through a public link. Schedule the flow and a fresh report lands every week.

What you'll have

  • A client report built from rankings, keywords, AI visibility and Google data
  • A saved report template so every report follows your structure and voice
  • A public share link you send instead of a PDF attachment
  • A weekly check-in that writes and saves itself

What goes into an Agent Studio SEO report?#

A report flow reads everything the SEO project knows and writes it up as one document with a summary and next actions. It pulls from the screens your client never logs into, so the report is the proof of the work.

How do I build my first client report?#

Build and share a client report

0 of 4 done

  1. Step 1: Open Reports in your SEO project

It sits under Workspace in the project rail and lists every report the project's flows saved, newest first.
    Open Reports
  2. Step 2: Save a report template (optional, recommended)

Press Report templates, then fill in Name, When to use it and Instructions: the audience, sections in order, tone and sign-off.
    Open Report templates
  3. Step 3: Build the report

Press Build a client report. The client report template opens with your project and site filled in. Test it in a dry run, then run it.
    See the client report template
  4. Step 4: Read it, then share it

Open the saved report, read the summary, and turn on sharing for a public link. Print it or delete it from the same page.
    Open saved reports

How do I make every report follow my format?#

Save a report template per audience. A Monthly client report template might ask for a one-paragraph summary, wins, AI visibility, rankings, next actions and your sign-off; an Executive one-pager might ask for three numbers and three actions. Name the template in your report flow and every run follows it. The templates screen shows how many template slots the project has left.

How do I share a report with a client?#

Open the report and use the Sharing panel. Reports start Private; turn sharing on and Agent Studio creates a public link the client opens without an account. The chip changes to Shared with the date, and you turn it off again from the same panel. Print and delete sits below it for a PDF copy.

How do I send reports automatically every week?#

Run a report flow on a schedule. The SEO Studio: AI Visibility Tracking template asks your tracked prompts every Monday, compares the week with the one before, and saves a check-in to Reports with your mention and citation rates, the prompts where a competitor got named instead of you, and the pages those answers cite. Add a Schedule trigger to the client report flow for a monthly roll-up on top.

  • AI visibility check-in: mention rate, citation rate, prompts lost to competitors
  • Rank changes on tracked keywords
  • New striking-distance queries from Search Console

Can I send a free AI visibility report under my agency name?#

Yes. Run the AI Visibility Check on any site, scroll to Send this report as your own, add your agency or name to the cover line, and download a printable HTML report with the score, crawler table, checks and Prompt Pack. Pair it with the free SEO audit and you have a prospect pitch in five minutes.

Questions buyers ask#

Can I white label SEO reports?

Reports carry the structure, voice and sign-off you set in your report template, and the AI visibility report takes your agency name on the cover line. For a fully branded client portal, Suede AI builds and runs it under your brand as a done-for-you service.

Does the client need an Agent Studio account to read a report?

No. Turn on sharing and send the public link. The client reads the report in a browser, and you switch the link off whenever you want.

What does a report cost to build?

Each report run bills the model call and any fresh data it pulls from prepaid credit, priced in the template before you run it. Reading Search Console and Analytics data uses no credit. See pricing.

Can a report include AI visibility for competitors?

Yes. When the project tracks competitors in AI visibility, the report pulls their mention and citation rates next to yours and lists the prompts where a competitor got named instead of you.

How is this different from GoHighLevel reporting?

GoHighLevel users typically pair it with a separate SEO reporting tool. In Agent Studio the report reads rankings, AI visibility and Google data from the same SEO project the work happens in, and an agent writes the summary and next actions.
