Does picking a mode lock me out of other tools?
No. A mode decides what the homepage leads with. Every tool in Agent Studio stays open from the workspace sidebar whatever mode you pick.
Where did the CRM go in the Agent Studio sidebar?
The CRM is spread across the Customers and Grow groups: Dashboard, Conversations, Calendars, Contacts and Pipelines under Customers, and Automations, Marketing, Sites & forms and Reporting under Grow.
Does unused usage credit expire?
No. Purchased usage credit stays in your balance until you spend it, with no expiry date and no monthly reset.
Is the Agent Studio app on iPhone?
Yes. Search the App Store for Suede Agent Studio. It browses published agents, runs dry-run tests on your prompt and keeps your recent results on the device.
Can I import my contacts from GoHighLevel?
Yes. Export them from GoHighLevel as a CSV and use Import CSV in Contacts. Standard columns match automatically, other columns become custom fields, and duplicates merge by email, then phone.
What is the difference between an agent and a workflow in Agent Studio?
None in practice. A workflow is the wired set of steps; an agent is that workflow doing a job on a trigger or schedule. The sidebar lists them under Agents.
