Questions buyers ask#

What is the difference between an agent and a workflow in Agent Studio?

None in practice. A workflow is the wired set of steps; an agent is that workflow doing a job on a trigger or schedule. The sidebar lists them under Agents.

What is a dry run?

A free test of a workflow. Every step shows its output on the canvas and nothing sends, posts or charges until you switch the workflow on.

What is GEO in SEO?

GEO, generative engine optimization, is the work of getting a site quoted in AI answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. Agent Studio checks it with the AI visibility tool.

Do I need a crypto wallet to use Agent Studio?

No. Agent Studio runs on a card. A wallet is for builders who choose to sell an agent per call over x402, and that rail is optional.

What is the difference between a client workspace and a sub-account?

A client workspace in Clients holds a client's brand, audits, drafts and reports. A sub-account is a full separate CRM for a client location, with its own contacts, pipelines, calendars and team.
